Unf*ck the Future with a Localised Rebellion

By Maxie Millian & Lai Sook Yi (Locavore NXT)

Locavore NXT is the new venture by award-winning restaurant Locavore which takes their sustainable local-ingredients-only approach further than they have ever gone before.

Located just outside of Ubud (Bali), NXT sees chefs Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah working with Nature to turn their dream future of food into a reality. From rooftop food forests, underground mushroom chambers and everything in between, it is a space built for creating, experimenting, collaborating and bringing the world of food one step closer to where it should be.

It’s a bit more than just a restaurant. It’s a localised rebellion.
